Save the Dates
Her wedding ceremony was at this beautiful cathedral in the Polish neighborhood of Cleveland where her dad grew up and the reception at a country club outside of the city. The whole day had a very traditional and luxe feel to it. It rained for maybe twenty minutes -- enough to get some really pretty umbrella shots (below), then it was clear and beautiful for the rest of the day. The photographer* did a beautiful job capturing the day.
Granted, I am a little biased, but it was the most fun I've ever had at a wedding. It beat-out my aunt's wedding where I convinced the band to play "Shout" three times during the night (six-year-old me thought that was pretty awesome).
Romantic umbrella shot
Super ornate cathedral; the Poles don't mess around
Every picture of me alone was put in black & white.
Thanks for the self-esteem boost, photographer.
